experienced, talented division manager. Responsibilities and functions include,
but are not limited to the following:
Contract review and approval
Planning office, field and yard work flow
Certified payroll preparation
Management of company assets, divisional budgets,individual job costs and
variances
Forecast, monitor and manage cash flows and supply purchases, including timely
progressive billings
Monitor, motivate and develop subordinates
Provide sales support
